This spectacular one-of-a-kind unit is a two-story penthouse unit that sleeps 6. The main level offers an open plan living / dining / kitchen with sliding doors that open fully to a huge terrace overlooking the Bay of Banderas. When you want to catch up on the latest streaming program, relax in the den on a top of the line, comfortable sleeper sectional. This sectional can be converted to add sleeping for two more individuals. There are two bathrooms on the main level.
On the second floor, enjoy spectacular evenings outdoors under an open-air palapa roof top room and with a candlelight fireplace. Or, take a relaxing dip in the soaker jacuzzi that lights up at night.
The second floor also features the master bedroom with retractable floor to ceiling windows on two sides. You can sleep with the doors open to both the living area and the view of the Bay of Banderas. The upstairs also includes an ensuite and laundry room.
This unit was professionally decorated and has been featured in real estate magazines.
Living room has two crescent sectionals and automated blinds with remote; indoor dining room seats 6 with a huge natural parota wood table. Modern kitchen includes all amenities: stainless steel double door fridge with freezer, oven/ gas stove with hood fan, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances: Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and air fryer.
